UTET Eligibility Criteria
Paper 1: The applicants who have scored a minimum of 50 per cent marks in the Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) exams are eligible to appear for UTET 2019 paper 1. They must also have a two years Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EL.Ed/ BTC). Paper 2: The candidate must have completed his/her graduation (or an equivalent) and cleared it or he/she must be appearing in the final year of the Bachelor degree in Education. Candidates can appear in Paper 1 or Paper 2 or both. Both the exams will be conducted on the same day in different shifts.- The exam will be of Objective Type.
- There will be four choices.
- Each question will be of 1 mark.
- There will be no negative marking.
- There will be 150 questions in the paper and each question will be compulsory.
- Paper will be in Hindi and English language.
- Duration of the exam will be 2 hours 30 mins.
