Rajganj Government Polytechnic
Rajganj Government Polytechnic is a government polytechnic which offers courses in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering and Electrical Engineering. Each of the three courses have an intake capacity of 60 seats. The college focuses on over-all development of the students by arranging various workshops, seminars and talks by industry experts. The location of the college is serene and on clear days Himalayan, mountain ranges can be seen.
The college has advanced equipment to enable students to learn better as well facilities for leisure and utility. There are provision for sports like badminton and volleyball. Amidst the convenience that is provided to the students, the college does not compromise on its highest standard of discipline. The campus is a strictly non-smoking and anti-ragging campus.

Rajganj Government Polytechnic Admission Procedure
Students can take admission through JEXPO counselling.
- 20% of the approved seats in Polytechnic are reserved for the candidates of the respective district.
- 25% seats are reserved for female candidates of the respective district and 2% of the seats are reserved under Land Loser Quota.
Rajganj Government Polytechnic Eligibility Criteria
Students must pass Secondary or Madhyamik Examination from a recognised board with at least 35% marks in English, Physical Science/Science and Mathematics among other as subjects. Students must also have a valid rank in JEXPO. Candidates must be at least 15 years old.
