Regent Education and Research Foundation Admission Procedure

Admission in B.TECH courses: 

1. Admission in B.Tech first year is through JEE Mains counselling and WBJEE counselling.
2. Admission in B.Tech second year is through Lateral Entry through JELET counselling.

Admission in Diploma:

Admission in first year is through:

1. JEXPO counselling
2. Direct Admission

Admission in second year(lateral entry) is through VOCLET counselling.

Admission in MBA:

1. Candidates must qualify MAT/JEMAT/CAT
2. Final year undergraduate students can also apply

Admission in MCA:

1. Students can take admission through JECA
2. 10% of the seats are allotted to Management Quota

Regent Education and Research Foundation Eligibility Criteria

Admission in B.TECH courses:

Eligibility for Admission in First Year:

Students should have at least 45% marks (40% for reserved category) taken together in Physics, Mathematics along with either Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Computer Science or Computer Application as compulsory subjects with individual pass marks (in both theory and practical wherever applicable) and 30% in English in the ‘10+2’ examination from a recognised board.

Eligibility for Admission in Second Year(Lateral Entry):

1. 50% in 3yrs. Diploma from any AICTE approved Institute / B.Sc. from any UGC recognised University along with Physics & Mathematics
2. Students must have a valid rank in JELET

Admission in Diploma:

Admission in first year is through:

Students must complete secondary education from a recognised board. Students taking admisson through JEXPO counselling must also have a valid JEXPO rank.

Students taking Direct Admisson without appearing in JEXPO must have 45% in Physical Science and Maths.

Admission in MBA:

1. Students must have a Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with (10+2+3) or (10+2+4) in any discipline from any University recognised by AICTE or UGC or maybe in final year of the undergraduate programme.
2. Candidates must qualify MAT/JEMAT/CAT

Admission in MCA:

1. Students must pass with a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline under (10+2+3) system with Mathematics as one of the compulsory subjects at 10+2 level or at graduate level and having at least 50% marks in aggregate at the time of graduation.

Admission in BBA:

Student must pass 10+2 from any recognised board with English.

Admission in BCA:

Sstudents must have English, Mathematics / Statistics / Business Mathematics/ Computer application / Computer Science - Informatics Practices at the 10+2 level as compulsory subject.

Regent Education and Research Foundation Hostel

The hostel is very close to the campus and is allotted to merit basis. There are separate hostels for boys and girls. The hostels rooms are available in a asharing basis with two to three other roommates. Hostels room are also allotted based on the size and availability of the department. There is also an option of transport facility from the hostel to the campus.
