Siliguri Institute Of Technology Admission Procedure

Master in Business Administration: Valid rank in MAT (conducted by AIMA) or JEMAT conducted by Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology.

Master in Computer Application:  Students applying for 3 year MCA programme should have a valid rank in JECA.

B.Tech Programmes: 80% of the seats are filled through WBJEE, 10% of the seats are filled through JEE Mains.

There is a provision for 10% of WBJEE allotted seats to be filled through management quota.

Diploma Holders in Engineering/Technology and B.Sc. Degree are eligible into the third semester of B.Tech.

BHMCT: By qualifying JEHOM examination by WBJEEB or direct admission

BBA: Valid rank cum allotment card of Common Entrance Test conducted by Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology.

Siliguri Institute Of Technology Eligibility Criteria

Master in Business Administration: Candidates need to have a Bachelor degree under approved system.

Master in Computer Application:  Students must have a graduation degree with 50% marks, must have taken Mathematics in 10+2 or in graduation and a valid JECA rank.

B.Tech Programmes: Candidates need to pass Higher Secondary Examination from a recognized Board or University and qualified in the WBJEE for 80% seats and qualify in JEE Mains for 10% seats.

BHMCT: Candidates must have scored minimum 45% marks in Higher Secondary from any Govt. recognized Board or Council from any stream.

BBA: Students should pass Higher Secondary from any Govt. recognized Board or Council from any stream and valid rank cum allotment card of Common Entrance Test conducted by Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology.

BCA: Students are required to pass Higher Secondary with Mathematics/ Computer Science/ Computer Application/ Information Practices/ Statistics from recognized Board or Council from any stream. 

BHM: Common Entrance Test conducted by Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology.

Hostel is available for Girls of all the academic years, whereas Boys Hostel is available only for first year.
