Solution

Let B invested the money for = $x$ months

=> Ratio of investments of A : B = $(5 \times 7) : (7 \times x)$

= $5 : x$

Acc to ques

=> $\frac{5}{x} = \frac{1}{2}$

=> $x = 5 \times 2 = 10$ months

Solution

Let B invested the money for = $x$ months

=> Ratio of investments of A : B = $(5 \times 7) : (7 \times x)$

= $5 : x$

Acc to ques

=> $\frac{5}{x} = \frac{1}{2}$

=> $x = 5 \times 2 = 10$ months
