Its very simple question $33\frac{1}{3}$% is the correct answer.

.Let y be 100.
 x = 75
Required percentage

$\frac{25\times100}{75}$ = $\frac{100}{3}$ = 33$\frac{1}{3}$%

X= 75 25/75×100=100/3

X is less than y so......y= 100 then, 100-25= 75....75 is x y is more than x by 25÷75×100 = 100÷3= 33.33%
