Solution
Expression : $59^{2} - 49^{2} = 2^{?} \times 3^{3} \times 5$
=> $(59 + 49) (59 - 49) = 2^? * 27 * 5$
=> $2^? = \frac{108 * 10}{27 * 5}$
=> $2^? = 8 = 2^3$
=> $? = 3$
