Solution

Let present age of Neha = $7x$ years

Present age of Rashmi = $8x$ years

Acc. to ques,

=> $\frac{7x + 6}{8x + 6} = \frac{9}{10}$

=> $70x + 60 = 72x + 54$

=> $2x = 60 - 54 = 6$

=> $x = \frac{6}{2} = 3$

$\therefore$ Present age of Rashmi = 8 * 3 = 24 years
