Solution

Village P is to the South of Village M and Village P is to the West of Village T.
Therfore, we can conclude that M is to north west of T.

Village K is to the East of Village M and Village K is to the North of Village T.
Therefore, we can say that M is to north west of T.

The data in either of statements is sufficient alone to answer the question.
