I have read it somewhere $\frac{100x}{100+x}$% is correct

.Initial value -> increasing value

= $\frac{p\times x}{100}$ -> increased value--> P +$\frac{p x}{100}$

= p [$\frac{100+ x}{100}$]

= Required answer

x = $\frac{ x}{100+x}\times100$

x/100+x*100%= 100x/100+x %
