The given sentence talks about Radhika’s career which has gone through various twists and turns or ‘surprising and unexpected changes’. Thus, it can be inferred that the variations must have been enthralling. Thus, here ‘interesting’ appropriately fits the blank space. ‘Dull’ conveys an opposite meaning. Let’s also look at the meanings of the other words:
Intutive:
Incentive:  Something that motivates or encourages someone to do something.
E.G. Subsidies on fertilizers act as an incentive for the farmers to efficiently indulge in farming activities.
Interactive: Two people or things influencing each other.
E.G. Our professor at college preferred interactive sessions over lectures which he said were ‘futile monologues’.
