The correct answer is option 1, i.e. BCD.

The error is in part A of the sentence where ‘Socialist activist’ is incorrect. From ‘Socialist activist’, we understand that the person is both a Socialist and an Activist which is incorrect as if a person is both of the above then it should have been like ‘Socialist and Activist’ Tamanna Hashmi. Moreover, ‘Tamanna Hashmi’ is a Social activist helping the society by highlighting social issues. Thus, the appropriate correction must be done.  

Hence, the sentence can be correctly rewritten as, Social activist Tamanna Hashmi has filed a complaint against Union Agriculture Minister Radha Mohan Singh for calling the ongoing farmers' protest a means to grab media attention.
