In the given question, a sentence is divided into five parts out of which the last part is correct. Out of the remaining four, there are errors in three parts. Only part D of the sentence is grammatically correct and hence error-free.

Part A is wrong since the adjective 'genetic: relating to genes or heredity’ is used instead of the adverb 'genetically: in a way that relates to genes or genetics.’

Part B is wrong since the preposition 'on’ is used  instead of the appropriate preposition 'to’.

Part C is wrong since the preposition 'with’ is used instead of the appropriate preposition 'from’.

Hence the correct answer is option 4.
