The error is in the third part of the sentence. The preposition ‘within’ used in the sentence is wrong as it means 'inside something’. The correct phrase is 'put up with’. To put up with someone means ‘to be willing to accept someone or something that is unpleasant or not desirable.’$

Correct sentence: She found it hard to put up with her noisy neighbours.$

Hence the correct answer is option 3.
