According to question,

20 (c.p - s.p) = 2 × s.p

10 c.p = 11 s.p

$(s.p \div c.p = \frac{{10}}{{11}})$ 

Loss percentage = (1 - s.p/c.p)× 100

$(= \left( {1 - \frac{{10}}{{11}}} \right) \times 100)$

= 1/11 × 100

= 9 1/11 %

20(cp-sp)=2*sp =10cp=11sp =%loss=(1/11)*100 =9(1/11)%
