The first statement is the one which introduces us to the topic of the passage. Thus C is the first statement. It is the problems faced by women in India. A follows C as it states the ranking of the country. E is the third statement as it states the problems faced by women. B follows E as it states the reason of the problem. D follows B as it speaks on the same line.

Thus the correct order is CAEBD.

The FIFTH statement is D.
