We can't find the correct combination ABD here. The error is in part C.

Part A where 'had' and part D where 'wasn't' is used tells that this is a past event. So instead of 'feel' we must write 'felt.' 

Corrected Sentence: We had been together for two years, but both of us felt the relationship wasn't really going anywhere.
