The correct answer is 'Option 4', i.e. 'D'.

The correct sequence is 'DCABFE'.

'D' is clearly the introductory sentence as it does not have a previous link. So, the first sentence after rearrangement should be 'D', i.e. 'Smart technologies are not just disruptive; they can also preserve the status quo. revolutionary in theory, they are often reactionary in practice.
