Amount earned by R per day = 500% of 121 = (500 × 121)/100 = Rs. 605

Total amount earned in season = 605 × 21 = Rs. 12705

Amount earned by U per day = 500% of 172 = (500 × 172)/100 = Rs. 860

Total amount earned by U in season = 860 × 18 = Rs. 15480

Difference = Rs. (15480 - 12705) = Rs. 2775

Difference % = (2775/15480) × 100 = 17.93%

∴ Required percentage = 17.93%
