Let, efficiency of Sujay = 3a per day

∴ Efficiency of Anil = 3a × 4/3 = 4a per day

Anil and Sujay can complete the work in = 16 days

∴ Total work = 16 × (4a + 3a) = 112a

∴ Anil can complete the work in = 112a/4a = 28 days
