The correct answer is option 3.

The sentence must be in the form of present perfect tense as it refers to an action started in past and still continuing in the present.

For example- We have worked here for many years.

Present perfect tense form is- subject + has/have+ past participle form of the verb

Therefore here the verb ‘drive’ must be used in its past participle form ‘driven’.

Correct sentence- The change in Earth’s global temperature is driven largely by increase in greenhouse gases.
