Dimensions of outer walls = 12.6 m × 17.6 m.

Thickness of the wall = 40 cm = 0.40 m

Plinth area of the building = $(\left( {12.6 + \frac{{0.40}}{2} + \frac{{0.40}}{2}} \right) \times \left( {17.6 + \frac{{0.40}}{2} + \frac{{0.40}}{2}} \right))$

Plinth area of the building = (13 × 18) = 234 m2
