'Disclosed' means 'to make a secret known', 'leaked' carries the same meaning as 'disclosed'. 'Dedicated' and 'devoted' cannot be the answer as these carry positive meaning and cannot bring disgrace.

'Betrayed' means 'to expose one's country, group or someone else to danger by giving information to an enemy. The most suitable option is 'betrayed'.
