Let the C.P of 1 book be Re. x

C.P of 20 books = Rs. 20x

C.P of 16 books = S.P of 20 books = Rs. 16x

Loss = Rs. (20x - 16x) = Rs. 4x

∴ Loss% = 4x/20x × 100 = 20%
