In indirect speech the words of the speaker are changed. There needs to be a change in the tense as well, as the words have been spoken by the speaker in past so narrating them in present needs a change in the tense. The pronouns are changed accordingly too. The verb 'will' in direct speech would become 'would' in indirect speech. Thus option 3 is the correct answer.
