Correct Answer: Something that is impossible to get or achieve.The meaning of the phrase ‘will-o-the wisp’ is ‘someone or something that keeps disappearing or is impossible to catch’. An example sentence is: ‘He was a will-o'-the-wisp, more of a concept than a man.’
