Let side of the cube = L cm

Given that, volume of the cube = 1000 cm3

⇒ L × L × L = 1000 cm2

⇒ L3 = 1000 cm2

⇒ L = 10 cm

∴ Perimeter of one face of cube = 4 × length = 4 × 10 = 40 cm
