=$\frac{3\frac{x}{y}+2}{9\frac{x}{y}+5}$ = $\frac{3\times\frac{2}{3}+2}{9\times\frac{2}{3}+5}$

= $\frac{2+2}{11}$= $\frac{4}{11}$
