In the given sentences,

the meaning of the first sentence suggests 'after having her breakfast, the girl left'.

This type of completed action is shown by a perfect participle. Perfect participle is formed by using having+ past participle.$

This is only shown by option 1.$

Therefore, the correct answer is option 1.
