M.P. × (100 - Discount 1)/100× (100 - Discount 2)/100 = S.P.

⇒ 300 × (100 - 15)/100 × (100 - 6)/100 = S.P.

⇒ 300 × 85/100 × 94/100 = S.P.

∴ S.P. = 3 × 85 × 94/100 = 239.7
