The sentence talks about dangerous chemicals thus it is appropriate that they harm the women and the children who are exposed to it. Option 3 is thus the correct answer.

The sentence has no connection in justifying the fact mentioned in option 1.

Option 2 is incorrect as it is a loss-loss situation for the workers.

Option 4 is incorrect as the sentence does not talk about the payment of the workers.
