Read the passage and answer the following questions.

The government is set to launch a healthcare scheme for senior citizens as part of its social security initiative. .In the absence of access to government medical facilities, healthcare is seen as a crucial missing link for senior citizens who have to rely on family members to take care of them in old age.The Centre has launched the PM's Jan DhanYojana which has provided banking facilities to all households not part of the banking system. It has resulted in almost Rs 15,000 crore flowing into the financial system that was lying idle in households.Further, earlier this month, three social security schemes - life insurance for Rs 330 a year, accident insurance for Rs 12 a year and a pension plan - were unveiled by PM Narendra Modi and these were a runaway success with over 6 crore people opting for them.Government sources acknowledged that the pension plan will take a little more time for acceptance while life insurance cover will find more takers in the months ahead. Vradhjan Vardaan Kendra was in association with Helpage. India has set up a Senior Citizens Centre to cater to senior citizens who require medical attention. The Centre provides long and short-stay facilities for senior citizens. Nursing services, physiotherapy and nourishing meals are provided at the Centre. All this is backed by 24x7 medical expertise at the hospital. The family values ingrained in Indians make sure that children take care of their parents well into old age. However, changing lifestyles and the demands of high-pressure workplaces are increasingly leaving many senior citizens without adequate care at home, especially when they suffer from medical conditions. The increased security threat to life and property where elders are soft targets, senior citizen home is an ideal place for them. It not only helps to banish the loneliness of an empty home but also gives the people a secure place to stay.Is vigilance spying?  As published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, between October 2013 and February 2014, researchers from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center gathered information from 10 professionally moderated focus groups. Through this research, they found that many people support information sharing via tools like the patient portal. But they also learned that caregivers and elderly patients were divided on their views. Many caregivers explained that they liked the patient portal because it offers direct access to their loved ones' private health information. The elderly patients disliked the convenience because it puts an additional burden on the caregiver.Full disclosure has been heavily debated for some time now. Opponents of freely giving patients all health information have made arguments that align with the elderly patients' beliefs: Giving someone a record or diagnosis without a transcription leaves room for ambiguity. A lack of clarity can cause caregivers to worry about their relatives more than they should.

Which initiative took firm government actions in settling up the healthcare schemes for the elderly section of people?

1).

Healthcare prosperity initiative.

2). A social awareness initiative.
3). A social security initiative.
4). Setting up “helpage India” for elderly citizens.

The best suited answer for the above question is option 3. ‘The government is set to launch a healthcare scheme for senior citizens as part of its social security initiative.’ clearly infers the purpose of establishment of governmental schemes in improvising the senior healthcare grounds and providing a safe home for them.
