Disdain represents a feeling that someone or something is not worthy of respect. ‘Antipathy’ represents lack of respect, which is the synonym of disdain, so rejected. ‘Admiration’ is the act of appreciation, which is the exact opposite, making it the correct answer. ‘Derision’ means mockery and ‘scorn’ means an expression of dislike towards something, which again makes the synonym of disdain.$
