Prestressed concrete must contain at least 300 kg/m3 of cementitious material.

Note:

When the size of aggregate is 10 mm and 14 mm respectively, for the maximum size of aggregate is 20 mm, the content of cementitious material should be increased by 40 kg/m3 and 20 kg/m3.

Conversely for maximum size of aggregate of 40 mm, the content of cementitious material can be reduced by 30 kg/m3.
