B is the first sentence as it introduces us to the subject or context ‘personality’. ‘Different meanings’ in B takes us to the second sentence E which gives some of those meaning or ways in which personality is regarded. This is continued in detail in the third sentence A and the clue to determine that it is the continuation of the last sentence is ‘some other people’. This takes us to the fourth or next sentence D which continues to give details or description on ‘personality’ and the clue to establish this link is ‘it is also referred to social characteristics’. This takes us to the fifth sentence C and the link is ‘these characteristics’ which has been already introduced in the previous sentence. Finally we come to the last or sixth sentence F which establishes the conclusion that how we make personality judgments based on all the traits or factors or ways or characteristics discussed in the earlier sentences. Thus option 1 is the correct answer.
