Law of Surds and Indices:

1. (a)m × (a)n = a(m + n)

2. (a)÷ (a)n = a(m - n)

3. (am)n = (a)mn

4. (a)(-m) = 1/am

5. (a)0 = 1

6. (a)1/m = m√a

Given expression is,

?21952 + 33 = ?

∴ ? = 28 + 33 = 61
