Correct option - 1

Here, concept of articles is brought under consideration. When, superlative degree of adjective is used, it takes definite article the before it. Hence, remove with the. Thus, option 1 is the correct answer.

Correct sentence - He was incomparably the greatest figure in our history - a man of dynamic force, intellectual power and profound vision.
