Correct option - 4

The incorrect spelling among the above given options is 'abalution'. Its correct spelling is ablution. 

Let's find out the meanings of the following words :-

Obscene - offensive or disgusting by accepted standards of morality and decency; generally related to sexual matters.

Eulogising - praise highly in speech or writing.

Prorogue - discontinue a session of (a parliament or other legislative assembly) without dismissing it; discontinue it in between. 

Ablution- an act of washing oneself; purification.

Thus, option 4 is the correct answer.
