A. Being the attribute of 'strong' countries, mainly belonging to the first world, economic development creates a completely new life-standard for people.

B. This is primarily due to the fact that it is an economic development that gives any country the potential to prosper and grow.

The sentence (D) introduces us to the concept of economic development and that it has always been an issue for the contemporary society, so it will be the first sentence.

The second sentence will be (B) because it further gives the reason for this cause.

The third sentence will be (A) because it is also in the flow of the previous sentence and talks about an aspect of the economic development.

Hence, the fourth sentence will be (F) because it uses 'in other words' for concluding the aspect of the economic development.
