In the following question, four words are given out of which one word is incorrectly spelt. Find the incorrectly spelt word.


1). Adherence
2).  Adembrate
3). Vilify

Adherence means attachment or commitment to something. To vilify is to speak or write about someone in an abusive way. Voracious means wanting or devouring great quantities of something.$

Out of the given options, only ' adembrate'$ is spelt incorrectly. Its correct spelling should be 'adumbrate'$, which means represent something in a faint outline.$

e.g. Meena's fond memories of her childhood were adumbrated by an uneasy, nervous state.

Therefore, the correct answer is option 2.
