Choose the correctly spelt word.

The word 'arduous' is correct and it means 'difficult.'

The other words are:

Apathy=> state of total disinterest or unenthusiasm$

Designation=> an official name, description, or title$

Disinterest=> the state of not being influenced by personal involvement in something; impartiality$

Thus option 3 is the correct answer.$
