Correct option - 1

Here, concept of adjective is brought under consideration. "Coward" is a noun and "man" is a noun. Hence, replace it with adjective cowardly. Thus, option 1 is the correct answer.

Corrected sentence:

Raghu is a cowardly man who never takes any decision on his own.
