2). Titular
3). Listless
4). Lisentious

Verbose means using excessive words. Titular means of or relating to a title. Listless means lethargic or lazy.

Out of the given options, only 'lisentious' is spelt incorrectly. Its correct spelling should be 'Licentious', which means promiscuous or immoral.

e.g. His licentious behaviour towards his colleagues eventually got him fired.

Therefore, the correct answer is option 4.
