If x/2 – [4(15/2 – x/3)]/3 = -x/18, then what is the value of x?

It can be written as

⇒ x/2 – [4(15/2 – x/3)]/3 = -x/18

⇒ 9x – 6[30 – 4x/3] = -x

⇒ 10x = 180 – 8x

⇒ 18x = 180

⇒ x = 10

∴ x = 10
