Let the seven numbers be x, 3x, 7x, 12x, 13x, 21x and 23x respectively.

⇒ x + 3x + 7x + 12x + 13x + 21x + 23x = 3280

⇒ x = 3280/80 = 41

Sum of highest three numbers = 41 × (13 + 21 + 23) = 41 × 57 = 2337

⇒ The average of the highest three numbers = 2337/3 = 779

∴ The average of the highest three numbers = 779
