Here, pattern follow is,

nth term = square of n + square of (n + 1)

1st term = 12 + (1 + 1)2 = 5;

2nd term = 22 + (2 + 1)2 = 13;

3rd term = 32 + (3 + 1)2 = 25;

4th term = 42 + (4 +1)2 = 39;

5th term = 52 + (5 + 1)2 = 61

Hence, 61 is the correct answer.
