When there are multiple adjectives in one sentence they have to be written in a fixed format of Quantity or number,Quality or opinion, Size, Age,Shape, Color, Proper adjective (often nationality, other place of origin, or material) and Purpose or qualifier. And these rules are followed only in option 2, so option 2 is the right answer.
