Numbers are alternatively multiplied by 2 and increased by 3.

6 × 2 = 12

12 + 3 = 15

15 × 2 = 30

30 + 3 = 33

33 × 2 = 66

66 + 3 = 69

69 × 2 = 138

Hence, the missing number is 66.
