Intially there was seven fundamental rights in our constitution .. But now it is six after 44th amendment which makes right to property a legal right....

The correct answer is option 2. i.e. 6 fundamental rights.

(i) right to equality, 

(ii) right to freedom, 

(iii) right against exploitation, 

(iv) the right to freedom of religion,
