8/6 = 1. 333, 7/5 = 1.4, 18/13 = 1.384
9/5 = 1.8 and 7/11 = 0.636
Therefore, Descending order is 9/5 > 7/5 > 18/13 > 8/6 > 7/11
Therefore Second fraction is 7/5
